BlazerJobs is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist ( to support a Pre-Kindergarten caseload in Hayward, California. This is a full-time position for the 2025–2026 school year, working with early learners to build foundational communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to Pre-K students in both English and Spanish

• Conduct evaluations and develop age-appropriate goals and IEPs

• Utilize the SEIS system for documentation and progress tracking

• Collaborate with early childhood educators, specialists, and families

• Support language development and early intervention strategies

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)

• Experience with Pre-K or early childhood populations (strongly preferred)

• Familiarity with the SEIS IEP system is a plus
