In this role, youll enjoy a 0.6 FTE scheduleapproximately 23 hours per weekallowing for a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality speech and language services. Youll help shape students communication skills, contributing to their confidence and academic success. The specific caseload will be determined prior to your start, ensuring an individualized approach to each students needs.

Your background should include:

  • Active and valid State SLP License
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience within a school setting or with K5 children is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth and empowerment

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations for elementary students
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Delivering direct speech-language interventions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
  • Engaging with teachers and parents to promote student success
  • Supporting IEP meetings and participating in school-based collaboration
