To work as an SLP in Texas, candidates must have:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A current Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
