Compensation: $50–$55 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Houston, TX. This is a school-based position serving students across K–12 grade levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and committed to supporting their academic success through high-quality therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
