Description:
A collaborative and inclusive school district in Houston, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based role is ideal for an experienced and passionate SLP ready to provide services to a diverse K–12 student population.
The SLP will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting students' communication needs to promote academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K–12 settings
Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Support inclusive classroom practices and help create accessible learning environments
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Texas Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
