Job Overview – What You’ll Do:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide individualized interventions
Work one-on-one and in small groups to support communication goals
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all documentation and district expectations
Qualifications & Certifications (Texas Requirements):
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active license through the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification may be required based on district guidelines
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
