Job Overview – What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide individualized interventions

• Work one-on-one and in small groups to support communication goals

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all documentation and district expectations

Qualifications & Certifications (Texas Requirements):

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active license through the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

• Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification may be required based on district guidelines

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
