About the Role

As a school-based SLP in Houston, TX, you will:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across a range of grade levels

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, goal-oriented reports

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Deliver both direct and consultative services in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required

• Manage a flexible, school-based caseload in a supportive, team-driven environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active or pending Texas SLP license

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills

• Open to candidates traveling from Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, or nearby states
