What You’ll Do
As a travel SLP, you’ll support students across various age groups with communication, speech, and language disorders. You’ll complete evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), track progress, and collaborate with general education and special education teams. Your role may involve working with articulation, fluency, voice, and language impairments depending on the district's needs. You’ll play a vital role in helping students access their education and meet communication milestones.
General Requirements
Must have a valid SLP license and certification for the state in which you are applying
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Ability to obtain temporary or travel licensure (Blazer Jobs can assist)
CCCs preferred, though strong CF candidates may be considered
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
