Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech?Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Completion of supervised clinical practicum

• Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date

• California Speech?Language Pathology Services Credential (preliminary or clear) preferred

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required

• Experience providing school-based SLP services in a K–12 setting

• Ability to pass background and drug screenings

Job Duties:

• Provide speech and language therapy to D/HH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) students using ASL

• Administer assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with IEPs

• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, interpreters, and families

• Track student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and accommodations for students
