Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Junction City, OR Area

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Junction City, OR area. We are seeking professionals committed to supporting student communication development and academic success through comprehensive speech and language services.

Position Requirements

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered for this role, including:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Certification:

    • Hold an active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (BSPA)

    • Hold a Teaching License with Communications Disorder endorsement from the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) for school-based positions

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, particularly in a school setting, is required

Applicants who do not meet all of the above requirements will not be considered.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
