School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Jupiter, Florida

Step into a dynamic role providing speech-language services to students across a variety of educational settings in Palm Beach County. Full-time contract openings are now available for Speech Language Pathologists holding an active Florida license (SLP-CCC) who will work onsite at multiple locations. Assignments, age groups, and caseloads vary, offering opportunities to tailor your experience to your preferences. Assignments can be combined to create a full-time FTE schedule totaling 35 hours per week.

Youll collaborate with educators and families to deliver targeted interventions that make a real difference in the lives of children. For those interested in professional development, a supervisory stipend is offered per semester for mentoring Clinical Fellows.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Florida SLP license (SLP-CCC) issued by the Department of Health
• Previous school-based speech-language pathology experience is valuable but not required
• Willingness and availability for onsite-only positions (no teletherapy)
• Flexibility to travel between sites and adapt to varied caseloads and student needs
• Fingerprinting for clearance; previous prints may expedite onboarding if eligible
• Commitment to complete all credentialing promptly
• Participation in an internal video interview as part of the hiring process

Position Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders across PreK-12 populations
• Maintain documentation and progress reports per district requirements
• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies
• Communicate and collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
• Supervision of Clinical Fellows available for interested SLPs ($1,200 stipend per CF per semester)
