Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, will consider CFYs
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Able to adapt services for students of differing abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and facilitate speech, language, voice, and fluency screenings for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct group and one-on-one therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Participate in parent meetings, IEP team conferences, and professional development
