Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatrics desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Flexible and adaptable mindset for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
