Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Keller, Texas. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are dedicated to helping students strengthen their communication skills, meet academic milestones, and build lifelong confidence. Local Candidates (Keller area):
Hourly pay aligned with district standards and candidate experience
Full-time school-based schedule for the academic year
Weekly pay with direct deposit
Travel Candidates (relocating for the assignment):
Competitive travel packages include a lower taxable base rate plus tax-free stipends for housing and meals
Weekly take-home pay will be provided during the hiring process

Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and develop IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student growth
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)
ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome to apply
Experience with IEP development and school-based service delivery
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to complete background checks and district onboarding requirements
