Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Keller, TX

Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Keller, Texas. Compensation Packages

Compensation details are being finalized and will be determined based on candidate experience, district budget, and assignment requirements. Final pay ranges will be confirmed during the interview process.

Local Candidates (Keller area):

  • Hourly pay aligned with district standards and candidate experience

  • Full-time school-based schedule for the academic year

  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

Travel Candidates (relocating for the assignment):

  • Competitive travel packages include a lower taxable base rate plus tax-free stipends for housing and meals

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings

  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and develop IEP goals

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student growth

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

  • ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome to apply

  • Experience with IEP development and school-based service delivery

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to complete background checks and district onboarding requirements
