End Date: June 2026 (subject to school calendar/snow days)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (schedule may vary depending on school site)
Setting: On-site/In-Person Strongly Preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Kyle, Texas, for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language goals.

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans and accommodations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by start date).

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance/background check.
