Immediate openings are available for skilled professionals with SLP-CCC certification or CFY, who are eager to collaborate and make a meaningful impact in educational settings. Assignments are available across several school locations and can be combined to create a full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedule.

Open assignments include:

  • Wilde Lake High School: 4 days/week (currently split with one day at a middle school; opportunity to expand to 5 days)
  • Forest Ridge Elementary: 4 days/week (currently split with one day at a middle school; option for full week in future)
  • Hammond Middle School: 3 days/week

Key qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering evidence-based therapy in a school setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and dynamic schedules
  • Passion for supporting students of varying ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Complete assessments, evaluations, and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal guidelines
