Support Communication. Champion Student Success. Make a Difference in Kansas Schools.

Blazer Jobs is working closely with public school districts throughout Kansas to hire dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers a meaningful way to support students as they build the communication skills necessary for learning, connection, and confidence.

Whether you're a veteran SLP or just beginning your school-based career, we’re here to support your success every step of the way.

Why Blazer Jobs?

We’re committed to helping clinicians thrive—not just filling vacancies. Our strong ties with Kansas school districts mean we can offer high-quality placements, mentorship, and continuous professional development tailored to your goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active or pending Kansas SLP license

  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required

  • Must be able to meet Kansas state and district-level background and onboarding requirements

Position Snapshot:

  • Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Location: Public schools across Kansas—including metro areas like Wichita and Kansas City, as well as rural and suburban districts

  • Pay: Competitive hourly compensation with weekly direct deposits

  • Contract Type: W-2 contract for the full academic year, with renewal options

Benefits for Full-Time Clinicians (30+ hours/week):

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan

  • CEU and licensure support (Kansas-specific)

  • Ongoing recruiter support throughout the school year

Your Role in the School Setting:

As a school-based SLP, you’ll evaluate student communication needs, develop IEP-aligned therapy plans, and provide targeted speech-language interventions. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team that includes teachers, administrators, and families—all working together to help students succeed.
