Blazer Jobs is working closely with public school districts throughout Kansas to hire dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers a meaningful way to support students as they build the communication skills necessary for learning, connection, and confidence.

Active or pending Kansas SLP license
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required
Must be able to meet Kansas state and district-level background and onboarding requirements
Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities
Location: Public schools across Kansas—including metro areas like Wichita and Kansas City, as well as rural and suburban districts
Pay: Competitive hourly compensation with weekly direct deposits
Contract Type: W-2 contract for the full academic year, with renewal options

Ongoing recruiter support throughout the school year
As a school-based SLP, you’ll evaluate student communication needs, develop IEP-aligned therapy plans, and provide targeted speech-language interventions. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team that includes teachers, administrators, and families—all working together to help students succeed.
