Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience delivering individualized and group therapy in a school setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and monitor student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret results
• Deliver direct therapy tailored to students individual education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate therapy in classroom instruction
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert guidance and progress updates
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with parents and caregivers to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
• Support a diverse caseload across a range of student ages and abilities
