Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Maryland
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably in a school or early intervention environment
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, therapy, and documentation abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to collaboration and individualized intervention planning

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct speech-language therapy to children ages birth to three
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) based on assessment results
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educational staff to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with district and legal requirements
  • Provide consultation and support for parents, including education and strategies for continued progress at home
  • Participate in relevant team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
