Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Lewisville, TX area. This full-time role is open to both local SLPs seeking consistent school-year work and traveling clinicians looking for flexible, high-paying assignments.

Position Overview:
As a school-based SLP, you will provide direct therapy services to students in grades K–12 with varying speech, language, and communication needs. You will collaborate with educators and parents, conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor student outcomes throughout the academic year.

Employment Options:
1. Local Path (W-2 through Blazer Jobs):

  • Steady school-year placement (August–May/June)

  • Weekly pay: $40–$50/hour, depending on experience and certification

  • Travel and relocation assistance

  • Licensure support for out-of-state candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to K–12 students in individual and group settings

  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility decisions

  • Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with Texas state and district standards

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education staff

  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Active Texas SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs with strong clinical skills will be considered

  • Previous school-based experience is preferred

  • Must clear background and fingerprint screening
