Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and active Maryland SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • At least some experience in a school-based, infant/toddler, or early childhood setting
  • Strong understanding of early developmental milestones and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language services to infants and toddlers
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted therapy plans
  • Consult with families and interdisciplinary team members to support each childs goals
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
  • Adapt interventions and materials to meet each childs unique developmental needs
  • Participate in IFSP meetings and provide progress updates
