Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Little Rock, AR

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This contract position is ideal for experienced SLPs who are passionate about working with preschool students and supporting their early communication development.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, contract

• Location: Little Rock, AR

• Setting: Preschool caseload

• Caseload Size: Approximately 30 students across 3–4 campuses

• Preferred Experience: School-based work and early childhood populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for preschool-aged children

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals

• Deliver direct and consultative services to students across multiple school sites

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to monitor and encourage progress

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team evaluations, and parent conferences

• Ensure compliance with all Arkansas state and local regulations regarding school-based speech services

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Current Arkansas SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Must meet all local and state credentialing requirements

• Experience with special education students and preschool populations is strongly preferred
