Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active and unrestricted SLP license in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
• Comfort collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in partnership with educators and parents
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom adaptations and language-rich environments
• Engage in school activities and professional growth initiatives as needed
