Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, staff, and families
• Passion for fostering communication growth in elementary-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services onsite to elementary students
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with education teams
• Maintain organized records and prepare progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations to support student success
• Communicate consistently with caregivers and staff regarding student progress and strategies
