Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Manassas, Virginia for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time contract position, ideal for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives through speech and language support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs.

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

  • Active Virginia SLP license or ability to obtain one.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may also be considered.

  • School-based experience preferred but not required.
