Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week
We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a K–5 school in Claymont, DE. This opportunity offers a supportive environment, strong team collaboration, and exposure to a diverse caseload—making it ideal for both experienced SLPs and strong CFY candidates.
Mixed caseload with a focus on AAC, along with students in general education
Work closely with three other full-time SLPs in the building for ongoing support
Opportunity to work with MLL students, fluency, articulation, and language needs

Onsite therapy and assessment materials
Participation in 4 in-person PLCs for peer collaboration and professional growth
Holds or is eligible for Delaware SLP licensure
Strong CFY candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
