Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Marshall, MI Area

Position Details

• Location: Remote – supporting school districts in Marshall, MI

• Schedule: Full-time

• Start Date: Immediate

• Contract Renewal: Based on performance

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all of the following local and state requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders

• Maintain an active Michigan Speech Language Pathology License

• Hold a current Michigan Teaching Certificate (Speech & Language Impairment endorsement) or a Michigan Department of Education (MDE) approval

• Be ASHA CCC-certified (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a school-based Speech Language Pathologist

• Must be able to pass a background check and any district-specific onboarding requirements

Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.

Typical Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech, language, and communication assessments

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
