School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mason, Ohio

Essential Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Ohio
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Duties Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
• Providing direct therapy and intervention services to meet students unique needs
• Consulting and collaborating with classroom teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintaining precise documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
