Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current, valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Maryland
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Prior experience in school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations, is highly valued
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt therapeutic techniques to individual student needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions to students across both schools
• Screen, assess, and diagnose language, speech, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and regularly review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to share progress and contribute to student success plans
• Communicate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal educational regulations
• Participate in ongoing professional development
