Step into an impactful contract opportunity as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist serving early childhood and elementary-aged students. This full-time position, running from the end of February through June 4, 2027, offers a robust, balanced caseload between Early Childhood Special Education and kindergarten through 5th grade. Youll work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, in an enriching educational environment just outside of Minneapolis.

In this role, youll collaborate with a team of dedicated educators and professionals to provide comprehensive speech and language services. As an SLP with your CCC credentials, your expertise will help foster communication development, ensuring that every child you support builds the confidence and skills they need for academic and personal success.

What Were Seeking:

  • Valid CCC-SLP credential and appropriate state licensure
  • Prior experience in school-based speech-language services
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Flexibility for working with both early childhood and elementary caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions
  • Complete and maintain required documentation, evaluations, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized education plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators and caregivers to enhance students support systems
  • Monitor and assess student progress, making data-informed adjustments to therapy
