Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team in Montgomery, AL for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based position will support students in elementary or middle school with speech and language needs, providing a range of evaluations and services.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations to assess students’ communication needs

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Providing direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals

• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure students’ success

• Writing progress reports and maintaining accurate records

• Participating in IEP meetings and supporting students with speech/language challenges in the classroom

Requirements:

• Active Alabama State Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility for licensure)

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Experience working in school-based settings (elementary or middle school level)

• Strong skills in evaluations, therapy, and IEP development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for supporting students in a school environment
