Skills & Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and certification
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services for students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services and student outcomes
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to support students communication goals
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and school-wide initiatives as needed
