Job Posting: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Grade Levels: K–12
Compensation: $52–$57 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in New Orleans, LA. This is a school-based position serving students across K–12 grade levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and committed to supporting their academic success through high-quality therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Details:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available

- Hourly pay: $52–$57 based on experience
