Pay Range: Starting at $43/hr

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join the student services team in Okaloosa County for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a diverse caseload across elementary and/or secondary campuses. Bilingual professionals are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.

Position Overview:
In this school-based role, you’ll provide therapy, assessments, and IEP support for students with communication challenges ranging from speech delays to complex language disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on helping students achieve meaningful academic and social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K–12 students

• Conduct speech-language assessments and contribute to eligibility decisions

• Write and update IEPs in accordance with district and state standards

• Communicate regularly with families, educators, and special education staff

• Maintain timely documentation and service records

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

• Florida SLP License (or eligibility)

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs may be considered

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Background check and fingerprinting required
