Compensation: $47-$54 an Hour

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students through virtual or hybrid service delivery models. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and related professionals to support student communication goals and promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments virtually or onsite

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Provide therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms and/or onsite

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Consult with educators and families to support generalization of skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Experience in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills

• Must pass required background checks and fingerprinting
