School Speech Language Pathologist - Olathe, KS

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, in Kansas
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
• Prior school-based experience is desirable, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work full-time hours onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Partner with educational staff and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teaming
