Speech Language Pathologist in Osseo, MN

Take the next step in your speech-language pathology career by supporting early learners as an onsite substitute SLP in a vibrant early childhood program. This contract position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, working with children ages 3-5 in a dynamic setting near Blaine, MN. The role covers a long-term substitute need and offers a steady, supportive work environment from early September to the end of November.

Key Requirements:

• Valid and current Minnesota SLP license (required for submission)
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood or ECSE populations (ages 3-5)
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Up-to-date resume detailing relevant education and experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to an ECSE caseload of preschool-aged children
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and document student progress
• Engage in collaboration with early childhood staff and families for optimal student support
• Maintain compliance with district and state documentation standards
• Provide creative, play-based interventions tailored to each childs needs
• Participate in team meetings as required during the assignment

Position Details:

• Onsite role, based near Blaine, MN
• Contract spans approximately 12 weeks: September 7 November 30, 2026
• Three days per week (22.5 hours total per week), MondayFriday schedule
• Focus on early childhood (ECSE 3-5 year olds) caseload
