Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, or communication challenges
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support students' communication goals in the classroom
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
