Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Baltimore, MD Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only
School Year: 2025–2026
Speak Their Language. Help Them Find Their Voice.
If you're a Speech Language Pathologist who thrives on connection and impact, this opportunity may feel like home. Communication is more than a skill—it’s a bridge between students and their education, peers, and future. In a district that values thoughtful collaboration and student growth, your expertise will go far beyond testing and therapy sessions. You’ll be a trusted voice helping students unlock confidence, participation, and meaningful progress.
We’re working with one of Maryland’s leading school districts to fill a full-time, onsite SLP role for the 2025–2026 school year. You’ll work across four Baltimore-area school sites—two elementary schools, one middle school, and a high school that may only need services one day per week. The setting is dynamic, and you’ll bring consistency, compassion, and clarity to students across the K–12 spectrum.
This is an in-person role only. No virtual models will be considered, and SLPA supervision is not part of this position.
Your days will be filled with purposeful activity—from conducting evaluations and documenting progress to providing targeted therapy and collaborating on IEP teams. You’ll travel between assigned school sites, adapting your support to the unique needs of each school, educator, and student.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy aligned to student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments
Collaborate with general education and special education teams
Participate in and contribute to IEP development and review
Communicate regularly with families to support home-school connection
Maintain timely and compliant documentation across campuses
This position offers a balance of independence and team support. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your day while working closely with school staff, administrators, and our dedicated recruitment team.
This role is ideal for a professional who is not only qualified but truly invested in making a difference. You’re a problem-solver, a good listener, and someone who sees communication as a right—not a luxury.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Maryland SLP License (must be current and in good standing)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Previous experience in a K–12 school setting preferred
Capacity to manage a multi-school caseload
Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
We understand the importance of being supported while you do important work. As part of our extended team, you'll have access to meaningful benefits, reliable compensation, and a recruitment advisor who has your back from day one.
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) retirement plan with options to grow your savings
Tax-free stipends available for qualified travel and professional expenses
Year-round advisory support from a recruiter who truly understands school-based services
If you’re ready for a role where your expertise is respected, your impact is visible, and your days are purpose-driven, I’d love to speak with you.
