Hiring Speech Language Pathologists in Virginia Beach Area (K-12 Caseload)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for a K–12 caseload in a school setting for the 2025–2026 academic year in Virginia Beach, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while working within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress

• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student outcomes

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all required documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Virginia SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
