Current openings include two full-time positions (37.5 hours per week) and one part-time position (approximately 30 hours over four days). These contract roles extend through June 17, 2027, providing long-term stability and the chance to make a sustained impact. Desired Qualifications:

  • Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Active Washington State SLP license
  • Completed fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person speech and language services to students in elementary and high school settings
  • Conduct formal and informal assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create holistic, inclusive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Serve as an advocate for student communication needs within the broader school community
