Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Florida SLP license (CCC required)
  • Ability to fulfill time-sensitive credentialing (district fingerprinting; AHCA Clearinghouse use if available)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Details:

  • Travel assignment, 35 hours/week, M-F schedule
  • One school per assignment (K-8 or High School):
    • Palm Pointe K-8 (MAT Leave Oct 5 - Dec 18; K-8 with multiple ASD units, onsite SLP team support)
    • Ft. Pierce Central High (MAT Leave Sept - Oct 20; high school caseload, onsite SLPA support 2 days/week)
  • Work collaboratively within supportive multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver targeted therapy and monitor student progress
  • Communicate effectively with families and educators
