About the Opportunity:

Join a supportive and collaborative school district that truly values its therapists. You'll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 40 high school students in an onsite-only role, allowing you to build strong connections. A Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate is welcome to apply for one of these positions, with excellent mentorship provided.

Job Duties of a School Speech Language Pathologist:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with measurable goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services for various communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel.
  • Maintain accurate student records and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Provide consultation and support on communication-related issues.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field.
