Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Roselle, IL Area

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Roselle, IL area. This role is a great opportunity to support students in achieving their speech and language goals within a collaborative school environment.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following Illinois state and local requirements:
Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
Possess an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist (Teaching) endorsement
Hold a valid and current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) SLP license
Have verified experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school-based or pediatric setting
Fulfill all local district onboarding requirements, which may include:
FBI and Illinois State Police fingerprint background checks
TB test or health clearance as required
Completion of compliance and district-specific training

Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress
Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies
