Position: Speech Language Pathologist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Sacramento, California. This position is perfect for a clinician committed to helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Monitor patient progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation

• Provide education and support to families and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

• Current California state license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience working with diverse populations is an advantage

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay at $65 per hour and increases depending on experience
