Now Hiring: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Saint Louis, MO

We are hiring a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team serving K-12 students in Saint Louis, Missouri. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to support student communication development and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels (K-12)

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and evaluations

• Deliver services in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Support inclusive practices and provide consultation to staff as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active SLP license in the state of Missouri

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
