School Psychologist – Full-Time
Location: North St. Paul, MN
Start Date: August 2025
End Date: June 2026 (aligned with school district calendar)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Setting: On-site/In-Person Required
BlazerJobs is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to serve students in North St. Paul, Minnesota for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, on-site position spans preschool through high school and offers an opportunity to support student success through assessment, consultation, and intervention services within a collaborative educational setting.
Assist in identifying students with disabilities (ages 3–21) and help plan and implement appropriate evaluations and reevaluations.
Administer cognitive, psychosocial, adaptive behavior, and other psychological assessments to determine eligibility for Special Education.
Prepare and present clear, comprehensive written and oral evaluation reports for school staff and parents.
Design and implement behavioral and ecological observation systems to guide student support and interventions.
Coordinate with school teams, families, and outside agencies to ensure integrated services for students.
Participate actively in evaluation teams, IEP meetings, and pupil needs committees.
Provide consultation to educators and families on student learning, behavior, and instructional strategies.
Develop and suggest pre-referral intervention strategies to support students in the general education environment.
Deliver direct psychological support services to individuals or groups of students as specified in IEPs.
Contribute to staff development by participating in in-service training focused on assessment, planning, and student needs.
Assist in district-wide initiatives or special projects requiring psychological expertise.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid Minnesota license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain one)
Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and due process requirements
Strong skills in assessment, data interpretation, consultation, and intervention planning
Previous school-based experience preferred
Must be able to pass background/fingerprint clearance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
