Desired qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License, in good standing
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice with children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 55 students

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate and assess students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and track students progress
• Document and maintain all required records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
