Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Sebring, Florida area. This position is for the 2025–2026 school year, with contract dates from July 30, 2025 through May 27, 2026.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all state and local requirements, including:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Florida Department of Health
Certification from the Florida Department of Education (or eligibility to obtain) for school-based practice
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) may be considered
Successful completion of Level II background screening and fingerprinting per Florida DOE guidelines
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain detailed documentation of services and progress reports
Support language and communication development in inclusive classroom settings
