Job Snapshot:
Location: K–12 public schools across Arkansas
Schedule: Both full-time and part-time options available
Pay: Competitive hourly rates with weekly direct deposit
Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 academic year
Renewal: High potential for contract renewal based on district feedback and job performance
Requirements:
Active (or pending) Arkansas SLP license
Willingness to obtain Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) licensure for school-based practice if required
Preferred: Experience in schools or with pediatric populations
Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and district-specific onboarding

What You’ll Do as a School-Based SLP in Arkansas:
You’ll conduct evaluations, design IEP-based therapy plans, deliver therapy sessions (individual and group), and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress in communication skills.
